This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and store personal information in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988, including the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). In this policy, “us”, “we”, or “our” means Australian Distillers Association Inc, operators of this website. We are bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 (subject to any exemptions that apply to us under that Act). Privacy Policy update regarding the MOU with State Associations, 2025.
Distillers Association (ADA) has Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) within and is operating in partnership with other organisations, including NSW ACT Division of ADA, Distillers South Australia (DSA), Queensland Distillers Association (QDA), and Western Australia Distillers Guild (WADG) to deliver reciprocal membership benefits between both associations under the one membership fee. This policy update applies specifically to the handling of personal information by ADA and with State organisations that have a signed MOU that has been agreed by the members.
