General Manager – Australian Distillers Association

The Australian Distillers Association (ADA) is seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager to lead our national body representing the craft distilling industry. This senior executive role offers the opportunity to shape the future of Australian spirits, grow our membership, manage our Association and drive national advocacy and engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Represent and advocate for the industry at all levels

• Oversee financial and operational performance

• Deliver strategic growth and increased member value

• Lead the planning of the ADA Annual Conference

• Engage media, government, and industry stakeholders

We're looking for a proven leader with experience in member-based organisations, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for the craft distilling community.
