WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits
An intermediate level qualification for anyone looking to develop their expertise in spirits. You’ll discover how raw materials and production choices come together to create the wide range of spirit styles available today. You’ll also explore the core cocktail families and the principles involved in creating balanced cocktails. Upon completion you’ll gain a globally recognised qualification and the skills to select, taste and describe spirits with confidence.
What you’ll learn:
Course deliveryThis qualification has a minimum requirement of 26 hours of study. This includes 14 hours of guided learning with a WSET course provider (online or in person), 11 hours of private study, and a one-hour exam. AssessmentAssessment is by a closed-book exam of 50 multiple choice questions. COURSE REGISTRATIONAll course registrations will close 8 days prior to the date of commencement of the course. Late registrations unfortunately can not be accepted.
